David Russell has more than ten years of Management Consulting expertise in the delivery of innovative Strategic and IT solutions to clients in both the Private and Public sectors. David has extensive experience in the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Collaboration and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives at both the enterprise and business unit levels, and developed holistic business and technology solutions that met and exceeded service and performance objectives.
Prior to Management Consulting, David worked in the Financial Services and Insurance industries for 12 years, in Managed Care Marketing, Mutual Fund / Real Estate Investment Portfolio Reporting, Call Center Reengineering Operations, Financial Systems and Corporate Communications.
David is a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, a Siebel 7 Certified Consultant, a Principal Register with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and has an Active Department of Defense Security Clearance.
David holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics, with a minor concentration in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
Kina G. Guyton,Director, Retail Marketing, Walgreen Co.
Kina is Director, Retail Marketing at Walgreens for the beauty and personal care categories. She leads the marketing strategy and development of comprehensive marketing programs for these categories. Prior to Walgreens, Kina was with BORBA where, as the Vice President – Marketing, where she initiated and led all of the skin care company’s marketing and sales plans in Ulta and other select prestige outlets as well as QVC. Previously, in various brand management roles for Coty Beauty, she spearheaded the introduction of a new sub-brand of Rimmel London Cosmetics, managed the advertising efforts and in store brand presence for Rimmel; resulting in consecutive years of double digit growth. Also at Coty, she led the adidas Personal Care business, defining the brand positioning, initiating the women's line of bath & shower products and developing holiday presence for the adidas. Prior to Coty, Kina led Colgate Toothpaste and Softsoap Body Wash businesses with new product innovations that led to continued share growth for Colgate Palmolive.

Major Rodney D. Bullard, Legislative Counsel, Department of Defense
Rodney Bullard is an active duty Major in the United States Air Force. He currently works at the Pentagon as a Legislative Counsel to the United States Congress. Prior to this role, Rodney served as a White House Fellow, and as a special prosecutor with the Air Force Legal Services Agency. He also headed a legal office responsible for the military defense of more than 10,000 Air Force members.
In preparation for the Air Force Judge Advocate Corps, Rodney interned with the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the Honorable Walter Cox. In law school, he served on the American Bar Association's (ABA) Council for Legal Education, which is responsible for accrediting law schools throughout the nation. Additionally, Rodney was elected to the ABA's House of Delegates, responsible for making ABA policy. Upon graduation from law school, Rodney received the ABA's Silver Key Award, was recognized by The Judge Advocate General of the Air Force, and voted by his classmates as the class graduation speaker. At the Air Force Academy, Rodney was an All-American attorney on the Mock Trial Team, was recognized by BellSouth as one of tomorrow's leaders. and was a member of the Fightin' Falcon's Football team.
Among his many voluntary activities, Rodney serves on the American Bar Association's Law and National Security Committee and the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations devoted to education, the development of strong family values and the concerns of military veterans.
Rodney holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, and a B.S. in Legal Studies from the United States Air Force Academy.
Maryellen C. Pachler, MSN, APRN
Maryellen Pachler is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in private practice in Westport, Connecticut.
Prior to her current role, Maryellen worked at the Yale Child Study Center as a Clinical Researcher. Maryellen was a member of the Research Unit in Pediatric Psychopharmacology (RUPP) and also conducted clinical research trials in the pharmacological and cognitive-behavioral treatment of Anxiety, Tourette's and Autism. Prior to her activities at Yale, Maryellen was an Occupational Therapist for 12 years.
Maryellen lectures both nationally and internationally in her areas of expertise, and has co-authored over ten publications in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.
Maryellen is a member of the American Psychiatric Nursing Association (APNA) and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). NAPNAP has recognized Maryellen as a mental health care expert, and she has been inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing.
Maryellen holds Post-Master’s (Summa Cum Laude), Master’s and Nursing degrees from Yale University, and a BS from Boston University. She is Board Certified in both Pediatric Primary Care and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
